Nice, he deserves to be recognized, but Bruce does not produce or coordinate the event or awards. That is ran by those who run the Herer Cup, which began in 2014.

HEMP CEO Perlowin may 'not produce or coordinate the event or awards", but it appears that he employs Michael Whalen, the founder of the Nevada Hemp Association, which gave him the award at the Herer Cup event.





Whalen's Nevada Hemp Association is the same "organization" that presented Perlowin with the 2018 "Man of the Year" award, and I noted Pelowin's and Whalen's relationship this past March:
