Yes, ""IF"" it was the UW's that actually chose to accept a Class 19 claim while freely agreeing to dismiss their senior Class 18 claim.

Unfortunately, that may not be the case but it is in fact yet another MB fallacy based on plausible conjecture rather than hard facts.

It could have simply been that the LT fully rejected their Class 18 claim and the UW's chose not to go through long and expensive litigation.

Based on what I've read, the UW's case for their claims was weak and not supported by case precedent.
