#158076 RE: Sixth Man #158072

Sixth Man - The SEC complaint you throughly researched (nice work), ultimately resulted in SEC disciplinary actions and fines.

What I find very telling is that CFO Fred Anderson implicated Steve Jobs in the error, but Nancy Heinen did not. Its obvious the SEC wanted Steve Jobs and twisted people to get him, but Nancy did not cave.

More importantly the DOJ spent 2 years investigating and closed the case with NO indictments/charges filed and there never was any admission of guilt by Nancy Heinen. That’s speaks volumes to me.

Everyone in the Silicon Valley knows Nancy didn’t turn on Steve Jobs, although Fred Anderson did possibly to reduce his fines and help the SEC.

Other very telling items:
1) The American Bar Association invited their member Nancy Heinen to speak at their conference in 2010 (several years after the SEC complaint). Obviously the American Bar Association holds high regard for her.
2) Toni Burke, Head of External Affairs for Bill McDermott CEO of SAP spoke about Nancy Heinen in such a manner, that its obvious to me she is highly regarded and extremely well connected.
