The whole statute sued under allows for an attachment of executives personal assets who are violating the IP. I’m pretty sure Kang has his house under his wife’s name, but whether that type of transfer is at risk, I have no idea.
As an unrelated aside, Judge Carter has a pretty incredible bio of presiding over some pretty landmark cases, although I didn’t see too many IP cases in his history.
