I share your frustration but am not off the pot until after January-March in case the Navy contract succeeds.

But, wow, couldn't something that they are doing be 8-k material? I hope their reasoning is that if a stock is going to pop to $100 per share based on news, they don't want to be hinting in advance that something may be going to happen.

We can all dream.

Don't forget ONE VERY IMPORTANT THING! Tempus is grossing more than $32,500,000 a year (that's hardly small change) with NO REVENUE from TriStar. OARs attorneys gave us this priceless nugget of information.

Remember what OAR was originally protesting? That 'TriStar' not Tempus did not qualify as a small disadvantaged business.
Silverstone mustve told the Johans that they need to wedge Tempus and TriStar for a future contract award, negating any more OAR protest bullsht.

They have shares of TMPS, they aren't going to just nuke it when that's totally unnecessary.
