continuity.....money is not lazy....the disposition of Wmi assets were decided long ago...where they end up is certain....no guessing with these lawyers that control this bk....the fact that Rosen says only 84000 dollars was in MBS says volumes....he could have said that 8 years ago, but he didn't.. why?... he did not want anyone sniffing around, asking where those assets went.. he was content, as was the judge to keep shareholders quiet, thinking that assets were there, and would distributed later... only now, on the eve of the bk closure, we find out that there are no assets... they were moved a long time ago.... even Kosturos, under cross examination in the mediation would not discuss anything about assets....so here we are, 11 years later, ready to open up the doors to the bank vault, only to find out that the money is gone... Same ..it's quite possible the judge will sign on Thursday and the lawyers will disappear into the horizon (with the money train having been already siphoned off in advance over the past decade)..
