Go into setup prefs, and look for output choices. There should be a selection called 'print to file' or 'output to file' or 'save to file, storage.

It's been a feature of fax and combo fax systems for over a decade.

I've always thought it stupid that I found most systems default to 'print' mode, meaning print to paper immediately.
