Ummm that’s not true at all. No one knows the conversion price for the all stock offer. Could easily be $.10

The great thing about all stock offers are they can finessed in a myriad of ways. If Roger and team believe the PPS will by x by x date they can sell it at that.

In no way shape or form is the current PPS the mandatory share offering rate.

I’m in a stock right now that is trading at $.47 and constellation brands new debenture offering has it valued at $.91.

Current PPS does not determine future conversions in its entirety.
