Janice: You come across as being quite savy about corruption in pennies. What thinketh you of this latest SEC news, if you don't mind my kindly asking:
I get the strongest feeling that the SEC does not want to hinder in any way the corruption going on in the "penny-land" ... yet out of the blue, they show up dogging KSWJ. A Canadian company no less, that they have very little power to do much about anyway ... even if they truly wanted to. (I STILL believe "Big Oil" made some phone calls to the SEC, but we'll never really know, will we?)
Of all the penny scams that the SEC turns their heads to year after year, WHY did they go after little ole' KSWJ? That is the answer I would love to walk away with in this mystery.
Ask ME what I REALLY think? (Thanks for asking). I really don't believe it was about "scam" at all. I believe long shareholders in KSWJ are potential victims of something much bigger than what will ever get publicly shared. When you mess with "Big Oil" ... it can almost be as deadly as messing with the Mafia, at least that is what my Pappy told me.
I am not selling KSWJ until I get my price... period! Actually , I have been adding to my position over the past while as I am confident that 2007 will bring some incredible news for this company and their partners.
You can do what you wish with your own stock. I am not selling any of mine.
