Jay Yes thanks Iam aware of the lawsuits for fraud I believe your talking about Weese v SAVI is that correct? I did ask the attorney about some of that and she defended SAVI by stating Serge came in to save SAVI from a bad group of people she claimed came from a church group that tried to drain the funds and he basically saved SAVI from bankruptcy. She told me that when she was there she always saw cars being worked on and people working. She said she knew all the people and she felt they were good people but Serge was unique. I asked her what she meant and she said he is a dreamer with pie in the sky thoughts and he should just try to stay within his means and stop trying to obtain the impossible like instead of trying to wait until getting the stock on Nasdaq just go to OTC for example.
I'm not trying to defend or accuse serge just trying to find out the truth but it doesn't really look good to most and Iam aware of that.
What are your thoughts on that? Is she misinformed? I don't have all of the timelines. Former workers that moved to Texas called it a ponzi and thought Serge was apart of that church group on the take so someone is off on their timeline or protecting someone not sure. Very weird for sure.
