uh...they are all just speculation. "Believability" is extremely hard to asses. Trusting someone based on their title or position is always a gamble. Trusting Rosen isn't about whether he passed the bar (I'm guessing he did in some state) but like all other human transactions with anyone else, it is about their character.

Since character can't be measured by what someone types on an anonymous message board...good luck with determining believability...just sayin'. It is what it is...we'll know soon if there is nothing, little, some, bunches or loads. A handful of people in the whole planet knows if anything is left. Soon, we'll know what they know based on the balance in our escrow accounts.
