Yes. Government means moving money through the banking system.
We have that problem in our state. I tried to get our government to mint our own coin w/pot leaf to be able to pay MJ taxes. That way the Fed government could not monitor gold coins. They could have minted .999 pure gold coin minted for the market. Then these coins would have become scarce and become collectors items, then the value would exceed the value of the gold in the coins. Win Win
