I tried to get our government to mint our own coin w/pot leaf to be able to pay MJ taxes.

That's a not a good idea at all. The whole reason we need legislation for MJ is so that shop owners aren't a target for crime as the carry out bags of cash to the bank. If it's all electronic, then the money is safe from 90% of the crime out there.

Also, the banks don't want the government coming after them for MJ credit card transactions. That would be a total mess.
