Not with this junk. The FDA failed to give a second look at BIEL during their opioid challenge. This is another failed hype story this company has used to attract new investors that they need now. If ActiPatch had of registered in the top ten that case could have been made.

But BIEL'S story telling days are exposed and no ones falling for them anymore. 25 billion shares, WOW! and they think noteholders will continue supporting this junk?
