Go to:

Choose: Insider Family Name

Example: Jennings

Dates: January 1, 2018 to December 16, 2019

Option Criteria: Select All (for everything)

Click on the search button

Then choose View for Michael Jennings Next Green Wave

Mike’s insider trading report is then revealed. At the top of the report is the question: Do you want to view transactions with remarks? Select “Yes”

The report then shows the note regarding the transaction of a “Pledge of shares as collateral for loan”
