wamugold, I am on the same camp as well. I even told Alice they will kill your objection and its appeal but I don't believe she has caused much delay. IMO there is a chance possibly to see something triggered the week after, I know its a holiday but there are some tax implications for either the entity that forks the assets and of course us as the recipient. Otherwise we are on for 2020 calendar.
