If that to happen then FDIC would need to reach the Fed and the gov to cover them on such amount. Its unlikely we see such figures...IMO

Those kinds of recoveries would be Awesome! For some reason, some folks are saying that Ks would just get FV ($25) + a few more bucks for the interest BUT if 75%/25% apportionment is done, Ks should get their fare share of that Apportionment too! I got all the tickets, so I'll be holding winning tickets, in any case...
