I hope that the future will be brighter based on individual states' regulatory guidance and enforcement.

I actually do think the FDA will regulate because they will be forced to after the spending bill next week. It might be 120 days before it's locked in but that infinitely better than the nothingness from them now.

The FDA has been approving fill in drugs in record time, several this year were approved in only 10 weeks. They can move if they want. I have confidence that had the new FDA director not been willing to move in CBD he would not have been confirmed. I also believe McConnell would not agree to the spending bill without CBD language. I think he needs those hemp Farmers to win next November and he's going to make sure he gets them.

This year has been lost to bad actors. People selling who knows what without any regulation for way less than real companies can. It's destroyed CVSI and others.

Like this article says, once it's legal it will be everywhere and right now it's Cweb and CVSI with their tentacles in all the stores. We just need a green light.

FDA has lost all credibility.
They have refer madness. the CBD Jeanie is out of the bottle.
If I were a drug cartel I would start planting hemp.
FDA wants to take our CBD market and give it to Mexico, so as to not disrupt our own opioid markets.
Big Pharma bro's will lose too much money if CDB is legal.

Agreed, and either congress needs to act, bypassing FDA, or States start doing what NY did. Make their CBD rules pronto. FDA leaders have to consider their kids tuition being paid by Pharma, among other perks most of which we have ZERO knowledge about.
