FWIW DI told me he thought the asm this year would be mid to late January but he was not certain. He said he could not share the date the draft sap was completed or if the RA's were currently reviewing it. I wish nwbo could put out a letter to shareholders with updates on their progress. I do consider having a CFO a good thing. Interesting that it now seems common knowledge the RA's do not have to approve the sap yet a year ago LP said one of the multi-month steps was review and approval by the RA'S
