That deal was never closed it was never confirmed.. Also the link that funman provide it is dated December 19th also Denton Daily is not a reputable news source... Details buddy details.. There is no news posted anywhere Yahoo finance , global Newswire saying that Aurora is acquiring all the remaining shares of the Mexican Pharmacy... Even the link that you produced.. I'm aware of the news but it doesn't show anywhere that Aurora finalize that deal.. They talked about it but they never did.... Aurora wanted to make sure that the Mexican Pharmacy didn't have any corruption or illegal ties that would hurt Aurora as a business.. They wanted to research and make sure and there was no confirm deal afterwards or mention of the Mexican Pharmacy anymore.... the information all you got to do is Google it...

From your link.. company has entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Farmacias Magistrales... A letter of intent doesn't show confirmation and finalization there's usually a press release stating that Aurora has completed the process and you won't find that link anywhere because there isn't one...
