Someone please tell BJ Watrous, Apple's Chief IP Counsel that Li is taking the intellectual property to HK. The same man whose signature is on the IP security release documents to CERTAIN IP for CIP back to CIP, so that it could be shared via license to Eontec. Hate when people dont research statements they make. Apple may never use the technology but the MTA gave them the duties of protector of the shared IP....of which they continue to do including prosecution. Which includes submissions to USPTO as late as last week.
