When you get expanded label on a blockbuster, you don’t claim first amendment. It’s sort of like having a legal pot store in California but selling crack out of the back because you aren’t already making oodles of cash.

That's a story from 2016. It sounds like AMRN worked out a settlement with the FDA some time ago.
