Dude, I’m not sure how you did any math on that language. But I have seen other population estimates (I think Bhatt was involved in one) where they got mid to high single digit millions.

33 million is too high. Since the over 50 total population (more than half women) is about 100 million, can it really be every third person?

Their estimate showed 33.5 million over 5 years.. to get the patient estimate for each year, they divided by 5.
