Speaking of Dwyer's past history, my first assocation with his companies was in 2017 with TGGI. Sounded like a reasonable business plan so I bought some. Turns out, though that he is also CEO of BDCI and GCGX. He moves things from one company to another under the guise of making a deal of some kind with 'another company', but if you research those companies, you find he is moving the pea from walnut shell to walnut shell because he owns all of them. My tggi is now down over 99%. The only stock I have ever owned that was at FIVE zeros...$0.000001.
If you read the disclosures at tggi, bdci and gcgx, you can unravel the very circuitous route he has used to move assets around, without ever making any money with any of them. These 'deals' are simply pumps, and Dwyer is simply a crook. My nearly $10K is now $25...and I couldn't sell them if I wanted to.
