I think the ASM will be sometime in mid January, not February. You may have meant to write that; however your post reads differently. I certainly hope we have topline by then (mid January), but acknowledge it’s entirely possible it won’t be until sometime in February as well. The process has got to work it’s way through the regulators and that is what is MOST paramount here, despite what anyone else thinks (I’m sure you, umibe agrees, I’m just writing this for those who think differently). And each of the regulators likely work differently and have different approaches to the process. One may prefer to receive the entire SAP submitted as one package, while another might prefer to have been receiving it in sections, or yet some other manner. I don’t think the submittal process is the same for each RA. Regardless, the company will have to abide by the RA’s timelines and what will be with the share price, will be. If there are strong hands, with more money to invest and prop it up as we near unblinding and top line, then the price is unlikely to fall. If there aren’t strong hands here, and everyone wants to dump now, for tax purposes or whatever, possibly weeks to a month or two from top line, so be it.
Whatever happens to the share price will NOT speed up or slow down the RA process.
