It means NOTHING !!! DBMM will be REVOKED and put in EXPERT market
FINRA will not let them trade
ALJ decision has nothing to do with PINK

SEC will nto allow them to trade and will direct FINRA to not let it trade
DBMM is doomed entity after they picked up fight with SEC
SEC knows they want to get to PINK to dump shares
and they will NOT let DBMM do that
