Thank you for asking....I ASKED the SAME question from a JPM Senior Financial Advisor....He told me in these cases....JPM usually pays their dues HALF IN STOCK FORMS...And...Half in CASH....In our Case, I expect JPM pays STOCKS DIRECTLY OR THROUGH FDIC, AND CASH THROUGH FDIC....All the Best
