Bonderman bought close to $4 Billions WAMU class 22 around March of 2008 and Mike Willingham always had CLASS 22 ONLY....To the best of my knowledge most of these HFs had Class 22....Ps were not popular ever, WHY??? because State Laws PROHIBITS ANYTHING OTHER THAN FV PLUS INTERESTS FOR P SHARES ANYWAY.....BTW....Preferred are DEBT ( Mortgage) and U ie Class 22 are EQUITY.....This is Why....Best
