I saw that as well. It was on the otc site under dewm, but it has now been removed. The letter was signed before she was added.

Prohibition of Elaine Dowling probably reason for delay

Looks like DEWM got their attorney annual sign off letter in just in time. Elaine Dowling now a PROBITEDED OTC SERVICE PROVIDER the very next day.
Whew!

Though DEWM may have slipped the attorney letter under the wire before their attorney, Ms. Dowling, was put on the prohibited provider list, it's possible that OTC Markets won't permit this letter to stand, and DEWM is looking for another attorney to issue the required letter.

That could be why DEWM still has a "Yield Sign" despite it being 11 days since Dowling's letter was filed.
