There are no shorts period. SMH There is absolutely noway to illegally naked short an OTC stock let alone one on grey or expert market.

Every share sold must go through a US DTC clearing house. NO EXCEPTIONS. If a person was naked shorting the DTC would be flagged because more shares were sold than can be cleared. There is no possible way to illegally naked short DBMM and that a fact. MM's borrow shares to facilitate trades but they are covered moments later. Ever share sold has to be cleared by the DTC from the broker who facilitated the transaction. If they do not then a Failed To Deliver must be recorded by the MM and DTG to FINRA. DBMM has 0 FTD so there are absolutely 0 naked shorts in DBMM
