Dougy showed his true brain power in this roll out.
Condemning Wynne for hiw she planned on handling it (which was equally restarted as how dougy ended up doing it).
He isn't a very smart man it appears, as he has no clue how to grow any sector of the economy and has resorted to blaming the Libs (what you do when you have no ideas I guess).
Ontario Cannabis roll out should have been handled from the beginning the way they are proceeding now.
Ontario is now 2 years behind for retail.
Don't expect numbers to increase drastically for at least 12-24 months imo

It's called stock manipulation that's why Aurora has been in huge demand institutions have been loading up shares at these bottom-feeding prices....Even the FDA got in on the act they put out research that showed organ damage only if you were using massive doses of CBD they didn't do testing on CBD using the appropriate dose... You think they didn't know what they were doing course they did cause the market to drop quite extensive... The powers-that-be say that's good enough that's cheap enough we'll go ahead load up..
