OTC "spikes" don't happen on NASDAQ. Those investors actually read through financial performance documents rather than invest on fairy tales and fluff, and this company's financial performance has been horrible for years, ever since the CEO sold his media "company" to himself for a huge amount of stock.
Dilutive financing or stock sale will be necessary to keep the lights on. The only good news is the next report on business performance isn't due until April, so there'll be no bad news for awhile, just has to get enough cash to make it until then.
