It doesn't seem to me that there is even enough cash to cover the Class 18 debt so that the "waterfall" can spill over into Class 19.

In excess of 6000 can be any number greater than 6000 to infinity. The key is the term "new recipient." The only "new recipient" would be equity. Because all classes ahead of equity would've been paid and would be referred to as "former recipients."

Plan estimate was 0% for claims,0% interest..etc.

As per KCC, class 18 allowed claims and recipients list is private ,not available to public.

I do not know why class 18 claims,voting list,allowed and satisfied claims are private.
