also, wasn't it recently disclosed in filings that over a quarter billion dollars have been billed for work by the 'professionals'.. that's a lot of money paid out to lawyers, accountants and the sort to manage 'nothing'.

Wamugold, and Crayno....I am sure Kerry Killinger and Alan FISHMAN, have ALL ASSETS IN MICROFISH....Also, Filed with IRS and State Franchise TAX every 3 months for Tax Report ie Payments.....KOSTUROS ALSO HAS THEM, SUSMAN HAS BEEN PROVIDED with them.....So, after close of Chapter 11 we will see them in our accounts, accordingly....Best
