Agree... especially agree with your statement that perhaps their egos are preventing them from selling. That means if THEY fail WE ALL go down with THEIR ship. If they cannot put a viable plan in place they really need to pass it off to a company that can. And sooner rather than later!

So did Zaring grossly underestimate the problems with Titan ? Was he fed a line of shat before coming aboard? OR

Does he know that Medtronic will eventually save them for X amt. come Spring 2020 (worst case) ? What is your take on Zaring arriving in July 2019?
