Precisely WHY our (as in shareholders) move is to threaten to VOTE them off the island and maybe (just maybe) they will do something to ensure that they appease us just a lil.
I mean if they want to stick it out so badly - do they really think they have any chance of retaining their board seats ? I am dumbfounded as to why no one has jumped ship ? Why would Jazzy not be scooped up by some big gun even if the IP/Patents aren't ? What in the world is keeping him on this sinking ship ? Makes no sense
