Roger never stated that. Ever. The 2019 audit needs to be filed and once it is we’ll be eligible to uplist.

The administrative initiatives were completed to ensure the company files ALL financials on time going forward.

Agree. FUNN's Up-Listing carrot has been hanging out there for almost 2 years now. Several PR's had mentioned it over the years but nothing ever happened with it. I also remember the statement of once STOP SIGN was removed the Up-List occur within a few weeks, spin off of IK would happen, and shareholders would receive dividend. To date none of this has happened. My understanding is Up-List may occur after 2019 is audited but I may be wrong about that. In any event FUNN is not Up-Listed as stated they would be.
