It is curious that the name of the private purchaser was not revealed. Some will say that the buyer does not want to tip their hand to its competitors, but to me this is too vague to say very much useful to anyone and is more likely some sort of hanky panky by insiders or those favored by insiders. Granted this is a leap, but it is well within the realm of likely possibilities.
