OCLG's peer as you state in the above message, is severely delinquent in filings and faces an SEC suspension/revocation at any time. OCLG, on the other hand is dormant right now and can come out with an S10 and new business direction without the worry of the SEC bothering them. Can trade freely until a new opportunity takes form.
