dmiller, On Twitter he is Will Meade, claims to be a former PM at GS.
With having 19,300 followers my guess he is legit.

I'll assume that GS's $17 price target is also legit. They have
a price target for AAPL of $192. Now, GS did get the "takeout"
target right for MDCO...it was $84 and that is what it sold for.
Then again they were an investment bank that worked on the deal...
I'm sure they would not cheat...just a lucky coincidence.
