That would imply that common shares had SPECIFIC TRUSTS backing their value.

Can you show me ANY OTHER common stock, trading on the Stock Market, that has a SPECIFIC TRUST backing it?

That is the way I see the 'theory'. If I am mistaken , please enlighten me.
