Hell, that just about says it all and my stay away posture had missed that tidbit. Appears they have the whole ball of wax. I used to have a chatting connection with the wife co-owner of the junk yard across the street and don't know if I could find that info. If that picture is from the site it looks like they are in fact tearing it down so guess the contamination problems were solved. There's a hellofalot of chicago brick to sell and that property always impressed me as being in a superb location for development as a commuter transportation and gambling location as well as other RR dependent industries. They did remove the small section of track that ran unto the property.
