And the revenue from the games has a pretty hard ceiling. 100 cafes means a quarter billion in revenue, recurring, but when you put out 100 games you will not be able to outperform the game market with all of them and decreasing returns will kick in, hard.
I agree that a solid hit game is a good 'boost' for cafe growth, but it's not a long-term billion dollar business model unless you have some perennial IPs like Monopoly. The 'new' game market is dominated by kickstarters with 0 barriers to entry and is already oversaturated, so it's not smart to get into that business without the cafes. As I have long said, the cafes need to be the focus, the games are a supplement to that business model.
