I strongly disagree. It would make absolutely no sense to include this information if all Escrow were to be treated the same. Besides, a preferred is senior to common shares, that is why we PREFERRED receive more shares during the conversion.
In the end of the day, we will all find out soon enough who were right vs who were wrong.
