NSI was an insignificant part of Snakes. It was a SMALL FRACTION of Snakes distribution which is also a subsegment of the Snakes sub. It was not its own subsidiary. It accounted for minimal revs and was purchased for $XX,XXX. Snakes pretty much bought their shipping equipment and employees, there was not much a biz left.

The auditors obviously felt it was insignificant and ONLY SIGNIFICANT EVENTS need to be reported. Snakes has single products in their warehouse that are worth 10X more than that biz. lol... Single employees make more than the purchase value, etc...

NSI added little to the revenue total, but they had some warehouse assets and whatnot
