Actually I am not saying that at all. MWR/MSX press releases and Barrick Gold were issuing press releases on the same piece of gold, silver and copper rich property. JL says he put the injunction in place and after 20 years for some miraculous reason the injunction has been lifted. JL says he allowed it yet his name does not appear anywhere in the injunction. The only thing we know for sure is that the injunction has been lifted. Yes after all this with no injunction Barrick who fought so hard still has no plans of mining. So either MSX or Barrick has false and misleading press releases. So the fact that the BCSC has been drug into this fray and is in court in Chile. But the BCSC is arguing with the Chile court that you have no jurisdiction over me. The BCSC even called a false and misleading mining expert into their hearings. So the fact that the BCSC uses a fake witness to bring the hammer down on BJ and MSX makes this whole case suspect. What the BCSC or any exchanges should have done was to halt both and get to the truth of the matter as to who has title to mine. But no they did not and here we are 20+ years later having the same conversation as to WHY???? and WHO HAS TITLE!!!! JL says numerous times for Barrcik or BCSC to bring their titles to the RCMP and loser goes to jail. This has NEVER been done!!! Ever wonder as to WHY NOT?????
