Washington Federal is only for Pre-Conservatorship $FNMA holders, not for anyone thought bought afterwards. They are only seeking Damages, not an overturn of anything the Gov, FHFA, or Treasury did.

So, NO, no new claims can be brought since Washington Federal is only for people that owned $FNMA prior to the Conservatorship.

Washington federal cannot be settled as everybody then can sue again, why otherwise settle an unconstitutional claim

The reason to settle is to keep the recap and releae train going.

If Washington Federal is settled, how can that possibly lead to more lawsuits? Because others are still angry? Come on.

The most important thing right now is: Did they enter legally into conservatorship with FnF

Again, the only case that refers to this is Washington Federal, and that suit can only result in money damages to pre-conservatorship shareholders. It cannot result in any changes to the original SPSPAs (including the 10% dividends and warrants). This is due to the rule of law. Congress only gave the USCFC the authority to grant money damages. Not reverse or overturn previous actions.

(if it turn out they didn’t legally enter, the Merits of all other lawsuits are gone)

If the Washington Federal lawsuit succeeds, it would only result in money damages to pre-conservatorship shareholders.

You haven't answered the question: why have you not filed your own lawsuit against the original SPSPAs? Nobody else has tried to have them overturned; it will take a new lawsuit for that to even be a possibility.

Sorry but no, Washington federal cannot be settled as everybody then can sue again, why otherwise settle an unconstitutional claim
At this moment Washington Federal (13-385) is the most important lawsuit, the rest of the lawsuits rank lower.

Curious! In a previous discussion with me, you claimed that the WaFed suit was not a problem for the government because their are a limited number of plaintiffs, and they could simply throw enough money at those relatively few plaintiffs to make that whole thing go away. NOW you're saying it can't be settled. You should pick a position and stay with it.

I don't think you understand what a settlement is, or how a statute of limitations works, since of course they can settle and given the time now passed that would be it...
