If Washington Federal is settled, how can that possibly lead to more lawsuits? Because others are still angry? Come on.
Again, the only case that refers to this is Washington Federal, and that suit can only result in money damages to pre-conservatorship shareholders. It cannot result in any changes to the original SPSPAs (including the 10% dividends and warrants). This is due to the rule of law. Congress only gave the USCFC the authority to grant money damages. Not reverse or overturn previous actions.

You haven't answered the question: why have you not filed your own lawsuit against the original SPSPAs? Nobody else has tried to have them overturned; it will take a new lawsuit for that to even be a possibility.
