Sorry but no, Washington federal cannot be settled as everybody then can sue again, why otherwise settle an unconstitutional claim
At this moment Washington Federal (13-385) is the most important lawsuit, the rest of the lawsuits rank lower.

The most important thing right now is: Did they enter legally into conservatorship with FnF

(if it turn out they didn’t legally enter, the Merits of all other lawsuits are gone)

Best guess:
there will be no damages in any courts, only reversal of unauthorized decisions.
