Rory either completely misunderstood what going to Nasdaq would actually mean for the stock (which would make him particularly naive) OR he knew and did everything he could to hide that reality.
Either way...many holders are down 80-90...95% because of it.
Despite the fact many of us knew and pointed out what was coming.
